We're Hiring Customer Service Reps - Taguig Site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Measure and match up service levels when needed.
  • Make guidelines to enhance operations and technical enhancements.
  • Using a computerized system, , responds to customer questions in a call center environment.
  • May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.

Job Requirements:

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
